Is That Your Final Answer?

I’ve done this long enough, with enough clients, to know that if you took my advice in the last post, and asked yourself why you believed something that wasn’t fulfilling to you, your answer was probably, “I don’t know.” The truth is that you do know, but the answer has become so ingrained, so habitual, that you aren’t aware of it any more. But it’s there, running your life behind the scenes.

That’s the bad news. The good news is that you can use the same technology that created the beliefs that aren’t working for you, to create new beliefs that do work for you!

If you want something in your life to be different, you must ask different questions until the answers become your new belief.
