Think about someone, or some thing, in your life that you’ve judged as not right. What irritates you, annoys you, or you just wish would go away? Is it a person? Your job? Your income? Your body? Is it you?
Remember, what you resist, persist. What if there’s a message that you’re missing?
This week, spend at least 10 minutes writing down everything that’s right and good that you may not have considered before. Then make a commitment to think about what’s good and what works about this person or situation. Do you feel a difference?
