This Week, Be Generous – To Yourself

Another way to change your life, and your outlook towards life, is to be generous – with yourself. This is actually a trait of people who have a great deal healthy self – love. The more generous we are with ourselves, the more we are able to share with others – without being manipulative about it.

Giving yourself attention and being gentle and loving with yourself are ways of affirming to yourself that you are precious and valuable. This week, be good to yourself.
