Why I Decided to Write This Blog

Have you ever felt discouraged after all of the books you’ve read, seminars you’ve attended, cds you’ve listened to, and “healing” you’ve received, because you continue to have that gnawing feeling that you’re not living up to your potential?

Have you ever felt frustrated instead of joyful when you see your friends, and other people you know, grow, transform, and become more successful than you, causing you to wonder why you’re not enough?

I know how you feel. Been there, done that. I wasn’t living up to my promise, and I sure as hell wasn’t fulfilling my dreams. I felt as though my life was locked in a vicious repetitive cycle, and it hurt. At various points in my life I wanted a new job, but stayed in my old one because it was safe. I wanted love but shrank from it when it was staring me in the face, running for the hills at the first sign of intimacy. I was a spiritual seeker who couldn’t pay my rent.

I read books. I wrote out my goals, carried them in my wallet, and put them on my mirrors. I said affirmations until I was blue in the face. I visualized what I wanted, listened to subliminal tapes and cds, and did self hypnosis hoping to change my life. Nothing worked.

I wasn’t sure why they seemed to work for other people, but they just didn’t work for me. I thought I must be missing something, so I bought more books, and attended more workshops.

I even receive my certification in Spiritual Direction 12 years ago.

Then one day I was invited to attend yet another workshop. What I learned laid the foundation that would enable me to tie everything together that I’d learn before, and I began to see real changes in my life.

I began sharing what I learned with my clients. They began seeing changes in their lives as well. Time and time again, I would hear from them, “What you taught me made a real difference in my life!”

My clients who owned businesses began to see their business grow, their employees productivity improve, and their bottom line increase.

Just two weeks ago I decided that I want to make in difference in the lives of people on a much wider scale. This is my passion. This is my mission. To help you discover your passion, and purpose, and help you make it a part of your everyday reality.

  1. Ok, I haven’t read books, attended seminars, or listened to cd’s but I have felt like that… in fact I felt like that just last weekend. Sometimes I ask myself why do I bother…but I love what I do and so do other people so that keeps me going…that and the promise I made to my grandma that I would do something with my talents.
Thank you for all you do!
